There are about 60 species of hollyhocks and they are native to Asia. Hollyhocks are drought resistant and due very well in full, hot sunny places. They have very long roots which make them hard to transplant.

I have some wonderful vintage grape themed labels and a tag for you today.

This first one is blank in the center making it perfect for an invitation to a wine tasting event or dinner party. Just enter your own text and print for your own unique and vintage invitations.

Here is a vintage grape tag. Enter your own text and print and you have a wonderful vintage tag to hang on that wine bottle you are bringing for a hostess gift or for a dinner party.

This wonderful vintage California Wine label still has room on it to enter your own text. Use this label for an invitation as well. And if you make your own grape jelly, or any jelly or preserves for that matter, you will have your own label.

Vintage Hydrangea and Dogwood Frames

Oh, these frames are so beautiful!

I can see these frames being used as mats inside of a picture frame or even as photocards. Just cut out the center rectangle and insert your favorite photo. Use your watercolor pens or chalk sticks to add a little color to the petals for a little blush of color. You could also use these frames as invitations or announcements by reducing their size and entering text inside the frames.

This dogwood frame is quite large at 7 X 9.5 inches.

And here is the gorgeous hydrangea frame!

Using your watercolor pens or chalk sticks to add soft and subtle color and you could make some of the blooms pink and others that wonderful periwinkle blue color.

This frame is also large at 7.3 X 9.25 inches.

Victorian Parasols
