It's not even winter yet on the calendar but some of you have been getting your share of winter weather already. I hope you are all staying warm and enjoying some indoor time with your family, maybe getting ready for Christmas.

It reminds me of our gorgeous Cascade mountains. The Cascade Mountain Range begins in British Columbia and goes all the way to northern California. It is part of the "Ring of Fire" a ring of volcanoes around the Pacific Ocean.
Mt. St. Helens is part of the Cascade Mountain range and some of you may remember when it erupted in 1980. All of the volcanic eruptions in the contiguous United States have been from Cascade volcanoes.
And now for something completely different!
