I think I have mentioned my love of goats before. I could watch them all day they are so much fun! So mischievous and curious about everything. When I came across this goat label and tag I just had to share it with you!
Goats are one of the world's oldest domesticated animals and have been used for milk, meat, hair and skins. Female goats are referred to as nannies or does, male goats are bucks or billies and young goats are called kids. Both male and female goats have beards and many breeds have wattles, those little things that dangle from their throats.
Goats are extremely intelligent and easily trained and are intensely curious. They explore new surroundings with their lips and tongue that's why the button on your coat or your camera strap often end up in their mouths! Goats also have a relatively long life span often living as long as 15 to 18 years.

Some goats look like some species of sheep but you can always tell a goat by its tail: A goat's tall is short and points upward!
