Dudley Hardy was an English painter and illustrator. Already an accomplished painter it was his work as a graphic artist that made him famous. His talent as a graphic artist came at the same time as illustration and poster art in the late 1800's.
The influence of French graphic style can be seen in his series of Gaiety Girl posters in the 1890's.
