This poster of the Statute of Liberty is by Adolphe Treidler, a gifted artist, illustrator and designer. Born in Colorado in 1886, Treidler designed over 200 covers for the top magazines in his day: Harper's and The Saturday Evening Post among them. He is primarily remembered for his travel posters, and for travel posters of Bermuda in particular.
